Countdown to the 2007 Figure Olympia!!!
With two Olympia qualifications from the California and Colorado State Pro, I am now beginning the journey towards the Figure Olympia stage. It's a very surreal feeling, a dream come true!

2nd Place @ the Colorado Pro!!!!!!!!

My second show of the season and only one week after the Cal State...VyoTech & Shawn Ray's Colorado Pro/Am was another GREAT competition experience!!! It was an honor to represent my sponsors-VyoTech at their own show!!!! Talk about pressure!! :) Regardless of my bias, the entire experience was top notch!!! From the location of the event (downtown Denver/16th Street Mall) , to the accommodations, to the expo and show itself, the entire weekend was created from the perspective of the athletes. Thank you Shawn and VyoTech for putting together a great event! I look forward to next year's show!!!!!

2nd Place @ the California Pro Figure!!!!!!!!!!
What an amazing show!!!! This contest had a lot of sentimental value for me...2 years ago I won the Figure Tall Class and the Overall Title on that same stage. It was an amazing feeling to find myself coming full circle and returning to the stage that was to become an indicator of a great journey to the Pro Figure Ranks!!! It was also the first time I had the pleasure of competing with some of my friends who have all recently turned Pro; Sonia Adcock, Felicia Romero, Kristi Tauti and Kristine Gomes!!!! Girlies, you made the show EVEN more memorable!!!! Go Angels!!!!

Competition Time Again.....
Just little update to let you know that my competition season is in full swing! Seems like the time gets away from you in the "off season" and moves way too fast. In the months that have passed since I last competed (the T.O.C.), I've been extremely busy with the task of tweaking my physique. Every second of this past off season was dedicated to building quality muscle and making various improvements to my overall frame. My schedule was very similar to my typical contest prep with training, cardio and nutrition taking precedent to leisure activities. However, I did greatly enjoy the holidays, in addition to a few other indulgences, but overall not a day was wasted.
Now I'm in the process of bringing everything in and finally revealing the hard work that I've put in these last several months. This is a very exciting time for me and I look forward to the package that I will be bringing into this years' season! Please check back for updates as I move closer towards my first contest of 2007.

Arnold Classic Weekend!
Many thanks to everyone who stopped by the VyoTech Nutritionals booth to say hello! Once again , the Arnold did an amazing job of packing in everything that fitness/bodybuilding enthusiasts love; hoards of free product samples, fitness/bodybuilding celebrities, seminars, competitions, oh and did I mention free product samples??????
Congratulations to my friends and fellow Figure Competitors; Sonia Adcock, Amanda Savell, Mary Lado and Gina Alliotti, all whom rocked the IFBB Pro Figure stage taking places in the top 6!!!!!!!!!
Overall, a great weekend! Loved the freezing cold wind, snow and icy roads! Unfortunately, the weather forced us back to our hotel, considering our attempt to make it to the "after party" began with the car sliding off the road. IFBB Body Building Pro, Lisa Bickels and I headed/slid back to the hotel and had a PJ party instead! Thanks for all the laughs Lisa!!!!!!!!!!!!!
